My healthy nacho's.. well kind of, real nacho's are awesome but i'm trying to knock of a few kg's so i tried to make something that tasted like them but was healthy and low fat. Avacado, green chilli, red capsicum, garlic and lemon juice for the guacamole, and the "cheese and salsa" was cottage cheese with tomato paste, diced tomato, some crushed cumin seeds and paprika. Topped some cruskits with the dips and a bit of coriander... the end result, not exactly nachos, but bloody tasty and a pretty good substitute.
